Management Team


Roy Peleg

Mr. Peleg is the CEO and a Founding Partner. He was previously Head of Marketing and Business Development in the Asia / Pacific regions for Netafim Ltd. During his seven years with Netafim, he served as the Greenhouse Division Director and as a Corporate Greenhouse Division Agronomist. Peleg has 15 years of experience in agro-business including 5 years with Fertilizers and Chemical (ICL). Mr. Peleg completed a M.Sc and bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Science at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.


Roei Zerahia 

Mr. Zerahia is a Founding Partner that manages Project Implementation. He is a staff member and lecturer at the Industrial Engineering Department of Shenkar College of Engineering and Design and also teaches at the Computer-Science Faculty of Bar-Ilan University. Zerahia is an alum of the Merage Foundation for U.S-Israel Trade Executive MBA Leadership Program. Prior to founding the firm, he headed a development unit in SPL Software. Mr. Zerahia completed a cum laude MBA and cum laude bachelor’s degree in Computer-Science and Mathematics at Bar-Ilan University.


Amir Golan

Mr. Golan is a Founding Partner that manages Business Development and Strategy. Golan is an alum of the Merage Foundation for U.S-Israel Trade Executive MBA Leadership Program. He serves as an advisor and mentor for Entrepreneurship & Business-Planning at the Rupin Academic Center. Golan is a board member of the Board & Finance committee of ISSTA-Lines LTD (ISTA.P) listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Mr. Golan completed an MBA and a cum laude bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Eran Groner

Mr. Groner is a Senior Project Manager that focuses on financial services for emerging technology companies. He works with management teams, providing financial valuations, business modeling, market research, and other economic and financial products. Groner works alongside founders, CEO's, CFO's, investors and strategic partners. Mr. Groner manages several projects in the fields of aquaculture and agriculture. Mr. Groner completed a bachelor’s degree in the School of Management at the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. He is currently pursuing an MBA at the College of Management.



Maoz Aviv

Mr. Aviv is a Senior Agronomist that specializes in complex agricultural implementation projects and agricultural start-up consulting. He brings extensive knowledge in agriculture with 8 years of experience in agronomic consulting. Aviv has planned, executed and supported agricultural projects worldwide including projects in Israel, Australia and Uzbekistan. He serves as Chief Agronomist for the Strauss Group, an international player in the branded food and beverage industry. Aviv has previously been affiliated with the advanced irrigation maker Netafim, the Israeli Ministry of Agriculture, and startup agro-tech companies.  Mr. Aviv completed a M.Sc and B.Sc in Agriculture and Environmental Science at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.


Naama Zeliger

Ms. Zeliger is Project Agronomist that specializes in biotechnology and plant transformation. She brings extensive knowledge of several agricultural aspects, including classical agronomy, nursery, plant cultivation, breeding and seed production. Before joining Arazim, Zeliger served as an agricultural advisor for The Agricultural Extension Service of The Israeli Ministry of Agriculture. She also spent six years as an agronomist at Evogene Ltd., listed on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE:EVGN), where she gained extensive experience in biotechnology and seed production techniques.  Ms. Zeliger completed a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural and Environmental Science at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.



Amitai Wolt 

Mr. Wolt is a Project Manager that specializes in strategic consulting and planning. Wolt was formerly an Economic Attaché for the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has experience in environmental strategic consulting including corporate environmental policy building, greenhouse gas emission reduction projects and corporate social responsibility reporting. He completed a magna cum laude bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Middle Eastern Studies at Tufts University in Somerville, Massachusetts where he was a Neubauer Merit Scholar. Mr. Wolt pursued a M.Sc. in Urban and Regional Planning with a sustainable development focus at the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. He is currently completing a L.L.B Law degree at Tel-Aviv University.
